we are a asphalt paving contractor not just a seal coating company most seal coaters only do one type of sealer and will try to sell you there product no matter what condition your pavement is in which in some cases can do damage to your pavement but we will be able to inspect your pavement and tell you what your pavement needs and provide the correct product for your pavements condition and advise you if sealing will benefit you or not .

STEPS TO COMPLETE SEAL COATING

1. REMOVE ANY HEAVY DIRT RESIDUE AND VEGETATION WITH SHOVEL AND BROOM .
2. POWER BLOW AND CLEAN WITH HEAVY DUTY BLOWER.
3.  IF NEEDED FILL CRACKS WITH HOT TAR OR SAND AND SEALER MIX FILLER.   
   (CRACK FILLNG WLL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PRICING)
4. USE MASKING AROUND  BUILDING TRIM WHEN NEEDED.
5. SPRAY SEALER WITH PROFESSIONAL SPRAY EQUIPMENT.
6. SEALER WILL BE APPLIED UNIFORMLY WITH CLEAN EDGING.
7. BLOCK OFF WITH CAUTION TAPE.
